The Ilryr Citadel
The Ilryr Citadel is a preeminent floating city that is home to an ancient race of dragon riders called the Eivans. The building houses multiple incubators for the fire-breathing dragons known as Eivu. The hatchlings will go through a rite of passage over the harsh and unforgiving fiery mountains into the mantle plumes before turning into a full-grown dragon.
